I've placed my order when will it arrive?
If you have placed your order before 5pm Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the following day. If your order was placed before 5pm on Saturday your order will be dispatched on Monday. For more information please see the shipping information page

I need sweets ASAP, how soon can I get them?
I'm with you on this one! I offer free next day delivery for anyone living in the following postcode areas MK18, NN13, OX26 & OX27. Alternatively I also offer same day collections on any orders placed before 12pm. If you live a little further away then please refer to the shipping information section for delivery times.
I live outside the UK, can I still order some sweets?
Yes of course! Please use the contact form and I will arrange shipping costs and delivery times with you

Do you sell gift vouchers?
I will be very soon so watch this space!
Do you sell gluten free sweets?
Although some of my sweets are gluten free I cannot guarantee that any of my products are free of trace amounts due to the environment they are prepared in. For any other questions regarding allergens please refer to the allergen log
Can you create bespoke boxes?
Yes I can! You can create your own boxes by selecting Build Your Own Box here. If you have more specific needs would like to discuss these with me please use our contact form and I will be in touch as soon as possible!
Are the boxes / mixes pre-made?
No, I create each individual box and mix fresh to order to ensure that the sweets reach you in the best quality possible!
I don't like some of the sweets in your pre-mixes, can I create my own mix?
Yes! I create mixes to give a variety of different sweets in each box but if not all of them tickle your fancy then you are free to create your own by selecting Build Your Own Box here
Can I order in bulk?
Yes! You can order as many boxes as you like here. For corporate enquiries please use the contact form and I will be in touch as soon as possible.
Do you offer a subscription service?
I do not currently offer a subscription service however, it is something I would love to do if there is enough interest so watch this space!

I really like some sweets that aren't on your website, are you able to order these in specially?
I love creating bespoke boxes however it is not always possible to order in sweets that I don't currently have on my menu. Please use the contact form to let me know which sweets you would like and I will see what I can do. I am constantly expanding the variety of sweets that I stock so I am always happy to hear about sweets people want to see more of!
